Ideal for someone who struggles with anxiety or depression and has been in individual therapy before or is currently in individual therapy but needs more support.

For individuals who don't fit into society's cisgender model to process personal gender complexities. Explore and fully express your gender identity and connect with others in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you are uncertain of how you identify, are non-binary, genderfluid, or are transitioning, you are welcome. The group is tailored to the needs of its members with a strong relational-cultural focus. Small 4-6 client group.

    Don't wait until you hit "rock bottom" to get help! This is a group for anyone who wants to make a positive shift in their life yet feels like they need some additional support. You will get the opportunity to discuss where you need help while feeling the support of other group members; explore tools to help you work through and reduce cravings, and you will also practice some tools, such as mindfulness, to help you make different choices in your day to day life!

  • Mindfulness for Stress Reduction

    Together we will explore the impact of stress and anxiety on the body and mind; explore the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, and practice together. This is a safe space where you can share your struggles, gain the support of fellow members and leave with tools to help you in your day to day life! No previous experience required. Remember, meditation it not about controlling your thoughts...it's about not letting your thoughts control you!!

  • Teen Support Group

    A group for teens to help them navigate the litany of challenges that comes with being a teen in todays world. This is a safe space for ALL teens to explore the challenges they face on a day to day basis. We will base each session on the members specific needs. Teens will explore ways to help themselves reduce stress and anxiety, while at the same time support other members to do the same. Relating to others can often help teens work through their challenges more easily.
