With family addiction issues and various personal struggles, she brings not only academic knowledge and skills to each session, but also a level of empathy and understanding that helps cultivate and maintain a judgement free zone, which is vital to recovery and healing of any kind. She uses DBT, motivational interviewing and other recovery practices to aid you on your journey to freedom.

Each person is different in their specific needs, yet one thing applies to us all…life is so much more enjoyable and manageable without the burden of addiction.

No matter where you are on the addiction spectrum and no matter what your goals are, Krissy is here to help you get there. If you are unsure of whether you even want to stop using, Krissy can help you explore the pro’s and con’s of your use or behavior. If reducing your use or behavior is your goal, they can help with that. If total abstinence is preferable, then that is what you shall attain.
